1. Can I use my SearchAlert lock internationally?
• Yes you may.  Currently, only TSA in U.S. domestic airport and United Kingdom (HMCE) airports have the secured access devices to open the locks for baggage inspection.
• Note: When traveling abroad it is always best to ask security or the airline agent about policy on luggage locks which can vary by airport abroad.  

2.  What if the TSA breaks my lock?

• In the rare occasion that the TSA breaks your SearchAlert luggage lock, send the broken SearchAlert to us for a replacement. The TSA should include an inspection notice and place the broken luggage lock in your baggage. Please include an order number, your name and a return address.

3. I am having trouble setting my Search Alert lock. Can you help?

• Contact us at contact Tamperseal.com include your name number and best time to call we will contact you.

4. Does the U.S. free shipping policy include Alaska and Hawaii?

• Yes.  We also discourage the extra cost of FEDEX for Alaska and Hawaii. If you need your order in 3 business days try Priority mail usually only $3.85.
